When choosing a thread, users usually choose their favorite thread based on the color of the thread before paying attention to technical issues. From long ago until today, color is considered the most important natural element that can convey emotions well. The color of the yarn can change the space it is used in and the feeling created by it. In general, the color of LED strip light is white, warm white, red, green, yellow and blue. Although there are other types of colored threads, these colors are more preferred by the market and users.

As you know, the color in the light (lamp) is made by changing the current and creating different temperatures. On the other hand, it cannot be expected that every color will show itself at a certain temperature. For example, the color of warm white LED strip light is created between 2000 and 4000K. Also, among these colors, white color has the highest produced temperature. That is why it is also called the color of the sun. According to statistics, warm white, white and blue are the most popular colors in the market. See Color Temperature (Kelvin) in Lighting

Enhancing LED Strip Lights: Protection, Board Choices, and Voltage Dynamics

An important point here is that usually LED strings cannot be used without protection in an open environment. The market, ultraviolet light and dozens of other factors can destroy the thread and somehow ruin the color of the LCD. 3M glue is usually used to protect the threads in the open environment. Of course, it should be taken into account that this glue is also destroyed in a long time. See LED Strip Lights: Internal structures, voltage dynamics and practical configurations

Another point is that it is usually not possible to use PCR boards in LED strings. However, these boards are hard and almost not flexible. Therefore, LEDs are usually placed on a strip of flexible board. Although it is easier to install and operate the PCR board and protect it, but anyway the type of use and the intended location makes us want to not use this board.

As we mentioned at the beginning, the color of the LED strip light is managed based on the amount of current. This current is mainly supplied based on the direct voltage of 12 volts. Of course, to have this voltage, a voltage converter or power supply is needed. This power supply can convert the 220 V alternating city voltage to 12 V direct voltage . Of course, this voltage may change based on the length of the string and the size of the LEDs. But based on the majority of the products in the market, most of the threads work based on the voltage of 12 volts.
